SENATE Majority Leader Juan Miguel Zubiri again tested positive for coronavirus disease 2019 , preventing him from attending President Rodrigo Duterte’s State of the Nation Address at the Batasan Pambansa complex on Monday.
“I had myself swabbed again by the Philippine Red Cross this afternoon just for confirmation and I’m hoping that it’s a negative result to confirm what our infectious disease experts told me earlier,” Zubiri said.
