Zamora required residents to secure reservations when visiting their departed loved ones during the opening of public and private cemeteries in San Juan City.

The new order came after the approval of EO no. 49 which mandated the temporary closure of these cemeteries from October 29 to November 4 to avoid mass gathering which may cause an increase of COVID-19 cases in the city.

In his Facebook Live, Zamora said he signed EO 51 to allow residents to visit their deceased relatives despite the closure of cemeteries during Undas season.Mayor Francis Zamora talks about the Executive Order No.

Zamora, likewise, ordered that standard guidelines and protocols such as wearing of face masks and face shields must still be followed inside the cemeteries.
