Samuel V. Percian, prime suspect behind the rape and killing of Carmela Catindig, a 30-year-old factory worker in Subic, Zambales last August 20, was killed at about 1:35 p.m. in his hideout by elements of the Mabalacat Community Police Station and Zambales Provincial Police Office.Police said aside from the rape-slay of Catindig, Percian was also a suspect in the robbery of a Shell Gas Station in Angeles City, a Western Union branch in San Felipe, Zambales, and an LBC branch in Olongapo City.
