Dapat magkaroon ng 2 linggong paghihintay sa gitna ng transition ng pagli-lift ng lockdown upang maobserbahan ng mga awtoridad ang posibilidad ng panibagong pagkalat ng COVID19, ayon sa WHO.

GENEVA - Countries that ease restrictions imposed to fight the spread of the coronavirus disease should wait at least two weeks to evaluate the impact of such changes before easing again, the World Health Organization said on Wednesday.

Every country should implement comprehensive public health measures to maintain a sustainable steady state of low-level or no transmission and prepare its surge capacity to react rapidly to control any spread, the WHO said. "To reduce the risk of new outbreaks, measures should be lifted in a phased, step-wise manner based on an assessment of the epidemiological risks and socioeconomic benefits of lifting restrictions on different workplaces, educational institutions, and social activities...," the WHO said.

I don’t think so. Not in Australia yet.

If you'd mass test then it makes sense but they don't here in the Philippines. If they reduce the lockdown it's going to spread again because they have no clue who's infected and who isn't.

Duterte to lift Luzon-wide quarantine if COVID-19 antibody becomes availablePresident Rodrigo Duterte on Monday night said he would lift the Luzon-wide enhanced community quarantine once an antibody against the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) would become available in the market. I would think it is still premature for him to say this. Tapos ididistribute lang through malasakit centers. The national yaya move. Pag wala pala tuloy tuloy ang lockdown, so ano na papakain sa pamilya kasi walang pumapasok na pera at paubos na yung konting naipon
