Gawad Kalinga aims to end poverty by first restoring the dignity of the poor. They do this by employing an integrated and holistic approach to empowerment with values-formation and leadership development.For those affected by the recent earthquake in Mindanao, they target to cook and distribute/deliver to affected barangays 2,000 hot meals per day in the next 15 days. At ₱20 per meal, they need help to reach the affected families.
