WalangPasok: Biyernes, Marso 13, 2020 dahil sa COVID19

MAYNILA — Ilang lokal na pamahalaan ang nagkansela ng pasok sa eskuwela sa kanilang mga lugar bilang pag-iingat sa banta ng pagkalat ng coronavirus disease 2019 .

Unang inanunsiyo ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na walang pasok hanggang Abril 12, sa lahat ng antas sa mga paaralan sa Metro Manila bilang paghahanda sa pagsasailalim nito sa "community quarantine."Itinaas sa Code Red Sub-level 2 ang alarma ng kalusugan bilang hakbang laban sa pagkalat ng sakit. Nilinaw rin niya na patuloy na mag-aaral ang mga estudyante sa kanilang mga bahay habang walang pasok sa mga paaralan.

Tutulong din ang pulisya at mga lokal na opisyal para maipaliwanag sa mga magulang ang sitwasyon, ayon kay Duterte. Sa huling tala ng Department of Health, umabot na sa 52 ang kumpirmadong kaso ng COVID-19 na naitala sa Pilipinas.
