Gayunman, sinabi ni Daza na pinayuhan ang mga Pinoy sa Russia na lalong mag-ingat kasunod ng nangyaring pag-atake. "We extend our deepest condolences to the bereaved families and wish the injured people speedy recovery," dagdag niya.
