A RESIDENT of San Juan City who went viral over his unruly behavior during the Wattah, Wattah Festival has apologized.In a press conference, San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora presented the 21-year-old male resident who went viral for teasing and blowing up water using a water gun to a motorcycle rider.The man went emotional as he apologized over his behavior, which has put the festival in bad light along with several other undesirable incidents that caused inconvenience to passersby.
“Specifically yung kanyang ginawa na pagbabasa gamit ang water gun at pagdidila, kung tutuusin walang violation ito. Kahit sa batas, kinonsulta natin sa ating mga abogado…Wala kasing violation ng anumang batas,” said Zamora.“It is up to the rider, kung sakaling gusto niyang mag-file ng kaso.
