tv MANILA - Senator Joel Villanueva on Tuesday expressed relief after the technical working group reversed its earlier recommendation to terminate the pilot run of motorcycle taxis.
In an interview on ANC's Headstart, Villanueva described the recommendation as a childish move on the part of the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board . LTFRB Board Member Antonio Gardiola on Monday said the pilot study would, end and that ride-hailing enterprises Angkas, JoyRide, and Move It could be considered "illegal."
