Pasig's efforts to clean up the procurement process at city hall saved it a lot of money, which has come in handy in time of the COVID-19 crisis.
"Suwerte lang din kami dahil nu'ng first year ko, bagong administration, transition period, ang priority ko linisin 'yung sistema ng procurement. Hindi kami masyadong gumawa ng infrastructure programs so malaki ang natipid namin noong 2019," Sotto said in an interview on Teleradyo Saturday. Public school teachers will also benefit as they stand to receive tablets they will be needing for virtual teaching.
Di kasi pagpapasikat unang ginawa. Buti pa sila..
Kamusta naman ang national govermnent na puro utang, wala man lang akong napakinabangan
Sanaol like Mayor Vico!!!
I thought he said he raised the money
Eto ang totoong hindi corrupt! Ung alam mo tlgang ndi sya nagsisinungaling. Parang lahat ng gagawin nya para sa kapakanan ng mga Pasigueno! Mabuhay ka Mayor Vico. Isa sa pagasa ng ating bayan.
Transparency is key, this is why many politicians don’t want transparency, they want to play king to take money the people don’t know about and tell them there’s no budget.
Pure common sense...most governmental tenders are “fixed” to favor certain suppliers and Mayor Vico knows what’s happening internally. He just cannot tolerate corruption in his administration. Very low profile, but very effective administrator. We are lucky to have him in Pasig.
Simple. Less corruption, more money. Money that should've been used for the Filipino people and should not be pocketed by entitled politicians.
Hindi kasi kurap! Good Job! Kung ganito lahat ng public officials lahat ng pagsubok ng bansa kayang kaya lampasan. At kung mawawala ang mga salot na kontra sa pagbabago, mgttagumpay lahat ng proyekto!
Hayyy... Sana pwede na naging president.
Glimmer of hope.
Mapapasana all ka nalang
Vico Sotto for President na ba to?
