Vic Sotto celebrates 70th birthday on 'Eat Bulaga'

MANILA, Philippines 'Eat Bulaga's' beloved main host 'Bossing' Vic Sotto had a memorable 70th birthday celebration on the noontime show's Saturday episode. Sotto was surprised by the guesting and performances from his children and grandchildren: Danica and husband Marc Pingris with youngest son Jean Luc; Paulina; Oyo and wife Kristine Hermosa with daughter Odrea; and Pasig City Mayor Vic o Sotto who gave his message to him over a video.

The comedian-host was noticeably quiet especially when it comes to the clash of fans from different noontime shows. He said he didn't read comments on social media but that it was 'all part of the game.'Meanwhile, Sotto was asked about the controversial statement last April 17 of co-host Joey de Leon regarding those spreading rumors on social media that 'Eat Bulaga' was losing money and would soon close.
