CCTV footage from Barangay South Signal showed the suspect, who was riding a bicycle, passed by Cahil and a companion.The incident was reported to the Taguig police which dispatched personnel from its Sub-station 6.A witness told GMA News that it was apparent that Cahil was the only target of the suspect.
