US Assistant Secretary of State Daniel Kritenbrink, who is in charge of East Asian and Pacific Affairs, will be in Manila from Jan. 18 to 21, the Department of State announced on its website. | DFernandezINQ

The US delegation co-chair, Defense Deputy Assistant Secretary Lindsey Ford will accompany Kritenbirk.Kritenbirk will attend the 10th US-Philippines Bilateral Strategic Dialogue, where he will meet with Filipino diplomatic and defense officials.

“This dialogue underscores the strength of the US-Philippines alliance, focusing on areas of mutual interest including maintaining a free and open Indo-Pacific, addressing global challenges, enhancing bilateral and regional economic cooperation, and strengthening our people-to-people ties,” the Department of State said on its website.
