Auring was last spotted at 4 a.m. sone 395 kilometers east of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur, packing maximum sustained winds of 65 kilometers per hour and gustiness of up to 80 kph while moving west northwest at 15 kph.Heavy rains are expected on Sunday in Eastern Samar, Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Norte and Surigao del Sur, while light to moderate rains are expected inthe Bicol region, Mimaropa , northern Mindanao, Zamboanga Peninsula, Quezon and the rest of the Visayas and Caraga regions.
“Rough seas will prevail over the southern seaboard of Luzon , the remaining seaboards of Visayas, and the northern, eastern, and western seaboards of Mindanao that are not under any TCWS.
