Crossing borders in Metro Manila is allowed under the general community quarantine (GCQ), the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) said.

DILG Undersecretary and Spokesperson Jonathan Malaya cleared on Wednesday that under GCQ, the public is now free to move.

So if you are from Parañaque going to Las Piñas, Makati, or QC, wala na pong travel pass,” Malaya said in an interview with ABS-CBN News.
