Diez recorded the incident live on Facebook. She appeared to have been held inside the mall, isolated from other shoppers in a room that had swinging doors. The janitress was recorded as saying that she will file a case against Diez.According to one desk officer, Diez was first brought to the QCPD Station 7 , then to the QCPD's Anti-Cybercrime Division; the cops are confused on how to handle her case.," QCPD chief Brigadier General Joselito Esquivel told Rappler in a phone interview.

Does all woman feel comfortable when a trans woman enters the women’s restroom? I have friends who has mixed feelings on this. I don’t think the issue here is discrimination but rather the lack of guidelines. And going live on facebook inside a restroom is never okay.

The Philippines needs to get the Anti Discrimination Bill passed immediately!
