The suspect was identified as Rustico Ihada Jr., 54, and a resident of Angela Village, Talon 4, Las Piñas City.
Peralta said Ihada was arrested after a joint intelligence operation conducted by members of the Intelligence Section and the Warrant and Subpoena Section for his arrest at about 9:30 a.m. on January 19. He said the suspect was tagged as top four most wanted person at the station level after a warrant of arrest was issued against him by Regional Trial Court Branch 198 Judge Cristina Bersamin-Embuscado for the crime of homicide with a recommended bail of P120,000.“We continue to step up our campaign including intensification of manhunt operations against most wanted persons and we will not stop until we have accounted them all,” Peralta said.
