Rising actor Beaver Magtalas is thrilled with the tremendous success of his debut movie, When Magic Hurts, which had its red carpet premiere in Cabanatuan on May 12.

Thousands of people flocked to the preem night at NE Pacific Mall in his hometown, and all three of the movie theaters were packed.

Mutya Orquia and Maxine Trinidad, the two leading ladies of Beaver, were also the targets of cheers from screaming fans. Both the Beaver-Maxine duo and the Beaver-Mutya love team have a following. The three lead stars are so grateful for the support for their film. “I’m really happy that I was given the chance to show it here. Of course, this is my first big movie, so I want to show it to fellow Nueva Ecijano people and my friends and family here. Hindi na nila kailangan mag-travel to Manila to see it,” said Beaver.Even Maxine was overwhelmed by the number of Beaver’s supporters in Nueva Ecija and the entire cast.
