According to a Greenpeace report, coal-fired plants and vehicular emissions are large contributors to pollution levels in the Philippines as data from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources show that vehicular sources account for 65 percent of air pollution in the country, primarily in Metro Manila.A musical dancing fountain lights up the Kartilya ng Katipunan Shrine in Manila during its opening on Wednesday. The show, scheduled every night from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
