Lawyer Freddie Villamor, the legal counsel of the family of victims Sonya and Frank Anthony Gregorio, said that they already presented the teen before the court as a witness during the second hearing of the case.
Villamor identified the witness but this reporter opted not to divulge her identity for security purposes. “Very straightforward po ang pagsagot ng bata dahil palibhasa, totoo naman ‘yong sasabihin niya. ‘Yon nga lang, it came to a point na noong pinalabas na ‘yung video, napaiyak ‘yung bata nang makita niya ulit ‘yung point doon sa video na binaril ni Nuezca ‘yung [victims] ,” Villamor said.
Nuezca appeared to get annoyed when the older Gregorio yelled back at his daughter. A few seconds later, the cop shot Sonya in the head at close range. Nuezca also shot Frank, who was with her mother at the time.
Open and shut case, we all saw it, surely he should just be convicted?
