Team Secret swept Global Esports 2-0 to qualify in the VALORANT Champions Tour 2023: Pacific League Playoffs.

,” Invy shared his thoughts in the post-match interview on the Filipino broadcast. “That’s what matters for us,” Invy added on their qualification to the playoffs.Secret managed to sweep Global Esports 2-0 for their last matchup in the regular season of the VCT Pacific League.

First, Secret won on their map pick, Haven, 13-9 to immediately gain the upper hand in the series. At first, Secret was trailing GE in the early rounds up until Round 10 thanks to” Cabrera clutching three rounds to tie it up 5-5. By halftime, the score was tied 6-6 so Secret went ahead by taking the first two rounds in the second half before losing to GE’s buy round.

In Game 2, Secret had a 4-0 start in Lotus before GE called for a time-out that resulted in the Filipino squad getting thrifty’ed. Fortunately, Secret never gave GE the chance to overtake the lead and eventually reached double digits first, eventually ending the game 13-10.With a playoff spot secured, Team Secret currently ranks fifth amongst the teams in the VCT Pacific League with a record of five wins and four losses.
