THE Taguig City Government has partnered with the Department of Education -Taguig City office to promote a “learn from home” experience in the city through the program “Education Hour”.

“We see a lot of potential in ‘Education Hour.’ This introduces students to a new era in learning. We want to maximize the Web because we want learning to happen everywhere, for anyone who wants to learn.” Mayor Lino Cayetano said in a statement. Most of the topics to be taught in the program would be Coronavirus disease 2019 related, and are structured like a standard classroom lecture.

It also encourages parents to participate in the audiences’ learning process through post-lecture activities.
