Three out of 4 Filipinos want Congress to renew ABS-CBN’s broadcast franchise, an SWS survey conducted last week and posted on its website Saturday showed.
According to the poll, 57% “strongly agree” that the network should be granted the franchise, while 19% “somewhat agree.”The survey was conducted between July 3 to 6. The poll results came a day after the House committee on legislative franchisees voted 70-11 to deny ABS-CBN’s franchise application. It is the fault of ABSCBN Legal counsel during the Congress Hearing,they lack initiative and tactics to prove the innocence of the network. Kahit pa na pulitika ang ABS kung meron silang hard proof sa papel sa rehistrado sa govt na tama sila (BIR, SSS etc.)
