Linog said the minor girlfriend of victim Cris Semaña, of Barangay Lapasan, positively identified the suspect through mugshots at the Agora police station. “Dili ni siya mao, dili mao ni. Pero i-apil gihapon namo ni siya kay siya ma’y gahawid atong laki, rason para mahimo tong pag-rape atong bae was not involved . But we will still include him because he held the victim , which is the reason why the minor girlfriend was raped).”
Linog had earlier said that there could possibly be three suspects in the incident as there was one lookout aside from the two individuals who approached the victims.Linog clarified that the two victims were not dating in the area. He said the victims went there to look for a peaceful area where they can settle their misunderstandings.
