The Supreme Court has directed a driver to pay a fine of P35,000 for an incident of road rage. The driver, Gerardo Manganaan, was found guilty of vulgar and unbecoming conduct and simple misconduct for repeatedly trying to cut through a convoy of the National Defense College of the Philippines.
