The San Joaquin municipal administrator said at least 105 people had fallen ill to the disease this month, according to a “24 Oras” report on Tuesday.Aside from San Joaquin, the towns of Guimbal and Tubungan have also noted a rise in dengue cases.
There are 460 dengue cases in the entire province and most of the children who have been ill are aged 10 and below. The local government unit said it has put in place preventive measures to curb the dengue outbreak in the province.
