Well technically, according to law, a president can declare martial law if necessary. Even PRRD said this in an interview. A president can also proclaim martial law when the country is at war just like what happened on Ukraine during the start of the war against Russia. 🙄

Yes,it is good system specially if they will improve it. Like when it don't need expenses at all for those militaries,by implementing a new school system that add new curriculum/subjects which is about military training. All people can get this special skill which only free.

Daming tangang kandidato no. Hindi alam ang gamit ng martial law. It is constitutional power of state to control rebellion, insurgency, invasion or war. Si FEM ba nag declare ng martial law, congress po. Duterte declared martial law sa marawi. Alam nyo na sino lang dapat iboto.
