Those qualified for the incentives include civilian personnel in national government agencies, including state universities and colleges, government owned or controlled corporations, and uniformed personnel under the Departments of National Defense, Interior and Local Government, Health, Transportation, and Environment and Natural Resources.
The reward will be given to all employees, whether in regular, contractual, or casual positions, as long as they have rendered at least four months of service as of November 30. Otherwise, they will get only a percentage of the incentives, depending on the number of months served. Consultants, laborers, and other individuals and groups engaged for limited period of time to deliver specific outputs are not covered by the administrative order.
