SMART Communications, the wireless arm of PLDT, on Tuesday morning asked for patience from their customers as they are experiencing some technical glitches due to the high volume of people registering their SIM Cards.In an advisory issued at around 9 a.m.
through their social media, Smart said that it was now working to ensure that the subscribers will have a hassle-free registration.'Due to the high volume of registrants, some subscribers may experience difficulty accessing the SIM registration site,' the advisory said.'Our technical team is working on increasing capacity,' it added.
