The Pasil Municipal Police Station identified the victim as Milnar Wa-il Bag-ayan, 35, single, a resident of Barangay Galdang, Pasil. Police said the small-scale miner entered the “Minahan ng Bayan” at 3 p.m. on Dec. 3 but failed to emerge and return to their camp at 6 a.m. on Dec. 4.They reported the incident to the police and retrieved the victim.
