Inilarawan si Jey Rence Quilario ng kanyang dating guro at mga kakilala bilang isang batang mahilig sumali sa Boy Scouts, sumayaw at mag-perform.

Ngayon, mas kilala na siya bilang si Senior Agila, ang lider at presidente ng Socorro Bayanihan Services Inc. .Sa edad na 23, siya ang itinuturo ng mga dating miyembro na nasa likod ng mga nangyayaring pang-aabuso sa kanilang grupo – bagay na itinanggi ng lider.

Mayroon pang mga kumalat na bidyo ng kasal-kasalan sa mga menor de edad, karugtong ng reklamo ng child marriages at forced marriages na inim. Sa gitna naman ng imbestigasyon ng Senado, nanawagan ng hustisya ang mga miyembro ng SBSI para sa kanilang lider.
