The Department of Justice and the Philippine National Police have earlier ordered separate investigations on the controversial birthday party on May 8 of Sinas for violating the Enhanced Community Quarantine rules.
In a Facebook post, the National Capital Region Police Office shared photos of the celebration of Sinas’s birthday, showing him blowing his cake and policemen giving him roses and lining up for the buffet table despite the implementation of the ECQ.
