Speaking to CN Philippines' New Day, weather specialist Ariel Rojas said Carina continues to move westward at 20 kph, and will pass close to northeastern section between Cagayan and Babuyan Islands between Monday night and Tuesday morning.Carina is forecast to weaken into a low pressure area before exiting Philippine territory early Wednesday morning.
