NEW CLARK CITY -- The Philippines is still looking for another gold medal in the swimming competitions as they settled for two bridesmaid finishes and a bronze chip in the penultimate day of pool events at the 2019 Southeast Asian Games at the New Clark Aquatics Center Sunday.
The 26-year-old Deiparine clocked 28.32 behind the new SEA Games record set by Chien Yin Lionel Khoo of Singapore . Powerhouse Singapore ran away with the gold medal, setting a new record as well at 4:07.05. Thailand secured the bronze medal .
