Results of the Tugon ng Masa Survey conducted on April 22 to 25 showed that the presidential daughter recorded 56% preference votes in the country, a slight decrease from the 57% from theDuterte scored most in the Mindanao regions with 82%, followed by Visayas with 61%, Balanced Luzon with 49%, and the National Capital Region with 48%.

Duterte was followed by Senate President Vicente Sotto III with 22% and Senator Francis Pangilinan with 16% .
