Multi-sectoral people’s alliance and party-list organization Sanlakas on Monday filed the 8th petition against Republic Act No. 11479 or the Anti-Terrorism Act of 2020 before the Supreme Court. | T2TupasINQ

“The subject features of the crime of terrorism in this case will be highly dependent on the perception of the situation or facts by the law enforcement agent or military personnel authorized in writing by the executive and all-powerful Anti-Terrorism Council ,” the petition read.

The group has also asked the high court to issue a temporary restraining order to immediately enjoin its implementation.
