“From humble beginnings, he faced numerous struggles during his childhood. As a working student, he exemplified resilience and perseverance, studying in the evenings while working as a construction worker on Highway 54 . These early experiences shaped his character and instilled in him a deep understanding of the value of hard work and determination,” the mayor said.
