Brig. Gen. Alexander Tagum, director of the Highway Patrol Group , said the part of the 45-day Motorcycle Riding Course conducted by his men for members of the Special Action Force is target-shooting while riding the motorcycle.
Last week, President Duterte said he wants more policemen to undergo motorcycle-riding training courses, saying it is an effective measure to run after criminals especially those using motorcycles to easily escape. Tagum said that more SAF batches would be trained by the HPG for motorcycle-riding in the coming days in compliance with Duterte’s order.
