Quezon City police arrested a 43-year-old drug after he yielded more than P130,000 worth of shabu in a buy-bust operation in Caloocan City Sunday night.
Police said they received reports that Linsao was involved in street level drug peddling in areas of Quezon City and neighboring cities. A police acted as a buyer and purchased P8,000 worth of shabu from Linsao, resulting in his arrest. Seized from the suspect were at least 20 grams of shabu amounting to P136,000, a mobile phone, and the buy-bust money.
The arrested suspects are now in police custody and were charged with violating Republic Act No. 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
