Robredo wants learning hubs in communities

“The education of the youth does not only depend on the school. It is the responsibility of the entire community. We are all stakeholders,” Robredo said in her keynote message during the launch of the Movement for Safe, Equitable, Quality, and Relevant Education.She also called for capacity-building programs and training for teachers and for measures to help private schools meet the requirements of blended learning.

On Saturday, 30 organizations and 43 individuals launched the Movement for Safe, Equitable, Quality and Relevant Education to urge the government to take immediate steps to make the Oct. 5 class opening in public schools possible.

No. If schools are close becoz kids cant go out. Why build a learning hub if the students will go out nway? I dont have better solution to offer than to give those kid that cant afford, the materials they need. Unlikely due budget, but learning hub is not the solution to this.

When will DepEd_PH enthusiastically appreciate VPPilipinas ‘ efforts to help? My own colleagues had to be sent links to the OVP’s bayanihan e-skwela YT videos. SecLiling should just endorse them.
