No less than Vice President Leni Robredo herself visited the towns of Bacacay on Friday for the turnover of her office’s assistance under her flagship Angat Buhay program.
Lambaklad is a large fish trap being used by 19 fishermen who belong to the Agnas Small Fishermen Association for their livelihood. After the turn over, the OVP would monitor the progress of the respective locally funded projects for the fishermen. On Friday, Robredo also went to the towns of Claveria and San Pascual in Burias Island, Masbate to check on the status of Typhoon “Tisoy” victims and provide them aid from her office.
