Robredo says 'If I win as president, I can inspire Pinoys to solve country's problems'

Presidential aspirant Vice President Leni Robredo believes that if she wins the presidency, she will be able to “inspire” Filipinos to “own” the problems of the country and help in solving them.

This has allowed her office, which has less than a billion in budget, to do various programs to help the marginalized sectors of society. Robredo, the leader of the opposition, said the next president should be someone who has a “capacity and ability to inspire, to inspire other Filipinos to own the problem.”The Vice President said she has shown and done this in her stint in the last six years, and it is what she hopes to bring to the presidency.Meanwhile, social media was abuzz on Saturday night as supporters of other presidential bets shifted to her side after the interview with Soho.
