Robredo on Marawi rehab: Empower Maranaos, address poverty

The rehabilitation of war-torn Marawi City starts with empowering its locals and addressing poverty, the root causes of the conflict four years ago, Vice President Leni Robredo said.empowerment,-address,” Robredo said on Monday when asked about her plan for Marawi City if she becomes the country’s next president.
