Robredo admits her job as ICAD co-chair limited to policy-making only

But she assured that won’t stop her from proposing measures for a more effective implementation of the campaign.

“I’m aware of the limitations of my position. But for me, despite the limitation, I will do everything that I think I’m allowed to do. As long I’m given the chance to assess and recommend, I will do that,” Robredo stressed. Robredo, co-chair of the Inter-agency Committee on Anti-Illegal Drugs , met with members of the Mothers Against Drug Abuse , Naga City Dangerous Drugs Board , and City Anti-Drug Abuse Council .

Robredo didn’t promise anything when it came to her leadership role in ICAD, but she set her sights on reforming the ongoing campaign so that it would not lead to senseless killings.
