A total of 1,103 stranded Cagayanos has applied for “Balik Cagayan” provincial border passes through online application.This was disclosed by Michael Pinto, head of the Technical Working Group of the program.

Meanwhile, 487 of those who are still stranded outside the region were asking for transport service to ferry them back to Cagayan.
