THE Department of Education 's decision to resume face to face classes is considered to be its 'biggest achievement' in the first 100 days of the Marcos administration, according to its spokesman.Nearly 90 percent of schools across the country resumed in-person classes in August after more than two years of holding blended learning modalities.

In a briefing on Friday, DepEd spokesman Michael Poa said that they were able to bring back in person learning in ways that would not compromise the safety of learners.'Nung binalik po natin yung learners sa schools, hindi natin binabalewala ang Covid... so sa pagbabalik ng learners sa school, we try to do it as safely as possible, ,' Poa said.
