'Rampa Manila' ushers in future of Filipino fashion with young designers

MANILA City continues to serve as the cradle of young fashion design talents, with the 'Rampa Manila' comeback on June 19. This much-awaited fashion event is set to showcase the 'future of Filipino fashion' by featuring creations from up-and-coming designers Dhenyze Guevara, Joanna Santos and Morissette Magalona alongside seasoned fashion designers Anthony Ramirez, Jhobes Estrella, Marc Rancy, Neric Beltran and Val Taguba, who have made their mark in the industry.

' Like the Manila Film Festival, 'Rampa Manil' serves as a platform for the Filipino youth to showcase their talents and skills in designing,' the mayor said, adding that Rampa Manila aims to raise the bar of fashion design in the Philippines and open up opportunities for the youth to enter the industry.The young designers all shared common sentiments and expressed gratitude to Manila City and 'Rampa Manila' for thrusting them as the future of Filipino fashion.
