MANILA, Philippines: A trough of a low pressure area outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility is affecting Mindanao while two other weather systems - high pressure area and easterlies – are bringing warm, humid weather in most parts of the country.
'There is also a very slim chance of this weather disturbance entering PAR in the coming days,' the Pagasa forecaster said.Meanwhile, the state-run weather agency said the ridge of HPA extended over the eastern section of Northern Luzon.The easterlies, on one hand, is affecting Metro Manila and the rest of the country where isolated downpours and thunderstorms would be likely within the next 24 hours especially during late afternoon or at night, it added.
