Pavlov also sought for a direct flight between Moscow and Manila, which he said “would undoubtedly give a big boost to both business and touristic exchanges.”“On September 8, 2022, Vladivostok and Cebu concluded an Agreement on Friendship and Cooperation. The other vivid example is signing on January 30 the Cooperation Program between the city of Manila and the government of Moscow,” he said.
“I’d like to propose a toast for health, prosperity and well-being of the Filipino people, for the friendship between our two countries,” he added.
