The Social Services Development Department (SSDD) of Quezon City launched the “Sikap at Galing Pangkabuhayan (SIGAP)” to offer technical and livelihood assistance to burgeoning small businesses and entrepreneurs in the city.

The Social Services Development Department of Quezon City launched the “Sikap at Galing Pangkabuhayan ” to offer technical and livelihood assistance to burgeoning small businesses and entrepreneurs in the city.The event was held at the Quezon City Hall Covered Walk on Friday, Dec. 3, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.The beneficiaries must finish the vocational course of SSDD and undergo organization, management, business preparation, and bookkeeping training before receiving the livelihood assistance.

Livelihood assistance was also given to 114 Quezon city residents under the Small Income Generating Assistance Capital Assistance program for sari-sari store owners and small business owners. Those who want to participate in these programs may contact the Vocational Development Division of the Social Services Development Department at 87033576.
